Sporty Weekend Outfit

One short blog post today, because it's a weekend and it's time to go out and enjoy in the pleasant summertime :)

Summer has just begun and it's the last moment to deal with our appearance if we want to look good on the beach. A healthy and balanced seasonal diet, plenty of water and fresh fruit juices, massages... can be very useful to us, but it's also necessary to physically start if we want fast results.

Fast walking, cycling, exercise in the fresh air or in the gym, pilates, aerobics ... The possibilities are endless, and choice is only your. If you aren't a great fitness fan, try to reward yourself with a little gift after every little success (for e.g. you were present on all three weekly training, running the planned route or walking to and from the work).

I have been regular in the gym for years, and also I often like when it's nice and sunny to walk around the Danube quay and do some exercises for tightening and stretching.
