Fitness Update


ENG// Spring knocks on the door, so it is the perfect time for fitness update. Personally, I'm not the type of person that would engage in physical activity just before the spring/summer season. Exercise at the gym three times a week continuously throughout the year, which is necessary if you are in order to achieve significant results, either in terms of remarkable body condition, strength, slim figure or general improvement of the body. 

But, if you think that you won't be satisfied with your appearance in summer clothing (or frequently in bikini), you are not too late, because March is a great month to start exercising and celebrate the summer season satisfied with your body. 

You can see a great set of exercises designed for all muscle groups HERE . The program maintains a professor of physical education and fitness coach Stefan Nevrkla, for whom I have only words of praise which is best evidenced by the fact that for about three years exercise in a small group led by himself. I find it's very important to have beside me an expert to be sure that the exercises are performed correctly, and frankly I'm a bit lazy to exercise alone.

SRB// Proleće nam uskoro stiže, tako da smatram da je idealan trenutak za fitness teme. Ja lično nisam tip osobe koja će se baviti fizičkom aktivnošću samo pred prolećno-letnju sezonu. Vežbam u teretani tri puta nedeljno i to u kontinuitetu tokom cele godine što je i neophodno ukoliko ste u nameri da postignete značajnije rezultate, bilo u pogledu zavidne kondicije, snage, vitke linije ili opšteg poboljšanja stanja organizma.  

Ali, ako ste kampanjac i obuzimaju vas misli o tome da nećete biti zadovoljni svojim izgledom u laganim letnjim krpicama (ili najčešće kupaćem kostimu), niste zakasnili, jer je mart odličan mesec da počnete sa vežbanjem i dočekate letnju sezonu zadovoljni svojim telom. 

Možete pogledati sjajan set vežbi namenjen svim mišićnim grupama OVDE. Program vodi profesor fizičkog vaspitanja i fitness trener Stefan Nevrkla, za koga imam samo reči hvale, što najbolje dokazuje činjenica da već oko tri godine vežbam u manjoj grupi koju vodi upravo on. Veoma mi je bitno da imam pored sebe stručno lice kako bih bila sigurna da vežbe izvodim pravilno, a iskreno pomalo sam i lenja da vežbam sama.

Fotografije pred vama potiču upravo sa jednog od tih treninga. Realne su i nenameštene i nadam se da će na vas delovati podsticajno i motivišuće.
